Lety Vergara is a Mexican cook who offers fun and practical COOKING CLASSES at her home in PUEBLA Mexico. Lety is an enthusiastic woman who learned to cook from her loving maternal grandmother. And staying true to the family culinary tradition, she also cooks with friends and guests. Lety names this culinary experience CARDIA, which means "heart," because she loves to cook: “Cooking is loving others”, she says.
Lety will teach you how to cook from a famous Mole Poblano with red rice, or some tasty Chiles Rellenos or even some incredible Chiles en Nogada. The dishes are accompanied by a natural drink.
This culinary experience includes round-trip transportation from the participants' hotel, a tour to the local market to buy ingredients, cooking at home, printed recipe, a borrowed apron, and tasting.
Classes are taught in Spanish and English for those who want to learn more about the culinary culture of Mexico.
